The Miss Tourism Queen Oceania Constance Herlihy, originally started as a teen in the Miss Five Crowns New Zealand pageant platform placing in Top 5. She won the right to take part in Miss Tourism World and won the Oceania Division. Constance won the talent section at pre-judging. She was given the opportunity to sing to the total audience and livestream globally on coronation night. She was 18 years old at the time and although felt nerves of steel, she knew there was no turning back. It was a huge success.

Constance had a bigger goal and has continued her success by forming a modelling agency in Perth, Australia.  She believes that if she has a goal in her life and remaining focused with work ethics of hard work, she will achieve everything she sets her heart and mind too.
